Abstract

摘要： 本文从中华民族历史和未来长期发展出发,分析了数百年中国人口数量与发展、人口素质与发展、人口结构与发展三大矛盾的地位、作用、相互关系及其转化,提出了未来人口与发展基本战略的几个要点,指出稳定低生育水平不应是权宜之计,而应是未来百年、甚至更长时期的战略。
