Abstract

摘要： 从本世纪开始 ,越来越多的实行计划生育的夫妇将逐步进入老年期。本文设计了基于年龄一孩次递进生育预测方法的两阶段分析测算模型 ,初步计算了农村实行计划生育的 60岁以上人口的数量及中长期变化趋势。这部分人群是由于计划生育政策造成的特殊困难群体 ,政府应采取积极的措施满足其基本养老的需要
