Abstract: This paper conducts cluster analysis on health differences across provinces and health imbalance within provinces in China at four dimensions of life expectancy,maternal and child health,health service resources and public health.Results show that areas with longer life expectancy have better maternal and child health and more adequate health services,while their problems are insufficiency of utilization of health services and relative high infectious disease morbidity and mortality.Regions with lower life expectancy tend to face more pluralistic problems.This may provide policy implications for health promotion and intervention.The paper also discusses issues of pre-marital examination rate,physical examination rates,utilization of beds,and structure of infectious diseases.

摘要： 本文采用聚类分析的方法,在预期寿命、妇幼保健、卫生服务资源、公共卫生四个不同方面开展分析,探讨健康水平的省际差异性和省内不均衡性。主要结论是:在预期寿命较高的地区,妇幼保健水平较好,卫生服务资源充足,问题主要集中在卫生服务资源的利用不足和传染病的发病和致死水平上。预期寿命较低的地区面临的健康问题比较多元。这对于健康促进和干预的重点和切入点有所提示。文章还探讨了婚检率、健康检查率、病床利用率、传染病结构等方面的问题。
